First tank cycling- can I introduce chaeto/macroalgae now?

After so many hesitations and other stuff coming in between, I've finally managed to set up my first Opae ula tank. It's been cycling for a week now, so it's still to early to see any algae.

My question is, can I introduce macroalgae now (assuming I can get some, lol)? Or is it too soon? And if yes, how do I feed the algae? Is 1 single drop of freshwater plant fertilizer safe?

And if I the macroalgae looks fine after a week or two, can I add the shrimp then? Or should I wait a bit longer?

If you can get some buy it and bung it strait in! I’ve tried a few different liquid ferts over the years and they didn’t harm the shrimp, check they are shrimp safe though  .

I still couldn't find any vendor that can ship to EU. And algae isn't growing yet in the tank either. I have a seller here in Portugal that has the shrimp, but no chaeto.
I suppose you have chaeto, but can't ship to Portugal since you're based in the UK?
(Blame Brexit, lol).
