Well it's funny. They come out when action is about to happen. Cleaning the tank: the come out.
I could start by repositioning the light. Also at night they tend to come out a little bit more often even with the light on. They must have an internal clock!

Nice to see so many members here breed successfully, these shrimp could go extinct and we would soon be able to bring them back if need be.
