hi guys, will i still need to cycle a brand new tank but with substrate and water from a mature tank?

If i decided to add in some new rocks, will it become a 'new tank' and do i need to cycle the tank?

Thank u!

Oh wow that rock is amazing looking, will buffer your waters PH nicely too.
Yes and they are very porous and come with natural holes for shrimps to swim ard n hide, thats the reason why i bought it. will take about a week for them to reach me.
